UrbanCrop is a photo editor made by PX7 Digital. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].
PX7 Digital (Jørgen Larsen), Denmark, is the data controller for UrbanCrop. Contact: [email protected].
When you use UrbanCrop without signing in, your photos and edits stay in your browser. They are never uploaded. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes them. We hold no copy.
A Pro account exists so your sessions can live in the cloud. For that we store:
Pro is billed through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by UrbanCrop. We keep a record of your subscription status so we know whether your account is active. Stripe's own privacy terms cover the payment data itself.
UrbanCrop runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Photos and edit data are held in Cloudflare R2 and D1. Identity is held by PX7 Accounts. Payment records are held by Stripe.
For Pro accounts, the legal basis is performing the contract you signed up for: storing and syncing your sessions is the service. For the free editor there is no server-side processing to have a basis for.
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
To delete your whole PX7 account across every app, use PX7 Accounts at accounts.px7.digital or write to us.
Your sessions stay until you delete them or close your account. When you delete data or close your account, the photos and records are removed. Subscription records may be kept where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your photos and edits are yours. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to train anything. The only parties that touch your data are the infrastructure providers named above, each doing the job that runs the service.
UrbanCrop uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold your in-progress edits locally. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
