These terms cover your use of UrbanCrop, a photo editor by PX7 Digital (Jørgen Larsen), Denmark. Using the app means you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].
UrbanCrop is a web-based editor for cropping and developing photographs. The editor is free to use in your browser. A paid Pro plan adds cloud storage for named sessions that sync across your devices.
Pro requires a PX7 account, the shared login across PX7 Digital apps. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Pro starts delivering a digital service immediately, that right may be limited once you begin using cloud storage. If something goes wrong, write to us — we would rather sort it out than hide behind a clause.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant UrbanCrop only the permission needed to store, process, and show them back to you as part of running the service. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your photos for anything else.
Don't use UrbanCrop to store or process content that is illegal, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep UrbanCrop running, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or pause features. For paid accounts, if we discontinue Pro we will give notice and a way to export your data.
UrbanCrop is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, PX7 Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you; cloud storage is a convenience, not a substitute for your own backup. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Danish law.
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paid accounts we will give notice in the app. Continuing to use UrbanCrop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
